Exciting news!  The Allegheny Chapter of SRA will have it's first meeting
in Pittsburgh, PA,  on August 21st, 1998 from 8-5 at Allegheny General
Hospital in the Magovern Conference Center.  Please join us for the
outstanding opportunities afforded by SRA for networking and
professional development in research administration.

The chapter membership area extends for a 150-mile radius of
Pittsburgh, PA, which includes all of Western Pennsylvania and parts of
West Virginia and Maryland.  Colleagues from the neighboring chapter in
Ohio are also encouraged to attend.

The meeting agenda is as follows:

8:00-9:00 -- Continental Breakfast, Registration, Networking
9:00-10:00 -- Opening Plenary Session with Bill Schweri, SRA President
10:15-11:45 -- Concurrent Sessions (3-4 topics will be offered)
12:00-1:00 -- Sit down luncheon with Round-Table Discussion Groups
1:15-2:45 -- Concurrent Sessions (3-4 topics will be offered)
3:00-4:00 -- Closing Plenary/Business Meeting
4:15-5:00 -- Walking Tour of the National Aviary (optional)

The fee for registration is $35 in advance and $40 at the door.
Breakfast, lunch and training materials are included in the registration
fee.  The optional walking tour of the National Aviary is an additional $4.
