Dear Colleagues,
 I would appreciate receiving from anyone a copy of the Gas Research
Institute general provisions (with appropriate deletions) or like document
that you were successful in negotiating and that is not absolutely in
complete contrast to standard university policies dealing with data
ownership, intellectual property rights, publishing, insurance, governing
law, indemnification, etc.  Has anyone been successful in negotiating a
decent contract with GRI?  Thanks.
