Here at the University of Southern Maine, we too have had an SBDC for
over 10 years. We do charge indirect costs as a part of the program.
However, the program guidelines limit the recovery to 25% (it is
actually stated as 20% of the total).
To the extent that your rate is higher, the difference could be used as
match. If your rate is lower, obviously that would be the cap.
