RESENT BECAUSE OF POSSIBLE SYSTEM ERROR.

WOW!  The response to VCU's home-grown, Access-based database was
overwhelming.  Our Director of Tech Transfer (technically, the person who
handles this) is away this week; half of our Spons. Prog. staff out all
week and another 25% on Thurs & Fri, so we're running full speed just to
push the proposals through the office.  We also got a LOT of phone calls.

If interested/curious, please send e-mail -- don't phone.  Early next week
we'll respond to each e-mail by e-mailing a response which will try to
answer for all each of the questions raised by anyone.
