Hi-

We have a proposal being developed in the collaborative R01 (formerly
R10?) framework which involves a number of sites (with Principal
Investigators) all but one of which are foreign.  I am aware that
indirect cost payments to foreign institutions are not allowed.  Does
anyone know of any other restrictions which apply to this type of grant?
