There have been a few emails regarding troubles accessing the web archives
on WWW.HRINET.ORG.  In some cases, you can read the monthly summaries but
not search, others neither works, and in others everything works properly.

Our poor little web server is bogged down with everything that's happening
on the machine and needs a memory upgrade to deal with it.  We have parts
on order and they should arrive within a week or 2.

In the meantime, I have found that resetting the LISTSERV software solves
the problem, so whenever I notice (or receive an email saying) that the web
archives are unaccessable, I will reset the software.
