Bowling Green State University (BGSU)

The Grants Information Coordinator assists the Associate Director of
Sponsored Programs and Research (SPAR) in providing university-wide
leadership in the electronic management and electronic delivery of the
following services:  identification and dissemination of information
related to external funding opportunities; the submission of proposals for
externally funded grants and contracts; and administration of
BGSU-supported funding programs for faculty and student research.
Bachelor's degree required; 2- 4 yrs. experience with computers, database
querying, and software applications (FileMaker Pro, Claris); 2 yrs.
experience with grant source identification and/or preparation.  Experience
working in an academic or non-profit setting preferred.  Good knowledge of
federal, state and private program resources and policies pertaining to
them.  Must have experience with and working knowledge of database software
and have the ability to build an interactive program base.  Experience in
graphics and desktop publishing; good written and oral communication
skills.  Full-time administrative staff position.  Administrative Grade
Level 14, minimum salary $30,940.  Salary is commensurate with education
and experience.  Full benefit package available.  Submit letter of
