TO:  Folks Who Plan to Attend the NCURA Region III Meeting in Charleston

Only two more working days and two weekend days are left to make your
hotel reservation for the NCURA Region III meeting in Charleston on
April 30-May 3, 1998, at the special NCURA rate of $120 per night plus
tax.

The Hampton Inn-Historic District will release the room block at
midnight on Sunday, March 29.  Don't expect rooms to be available at
that rate, or perhaps even available at all, after the block is
released.   Charleston is a very popular vacation destination in the
Spring, and hotel rooms, particularly at affordable rates, are difficult
to come by on short notice.

If you plan to come to the Charleston meeting and haven't made your
lodging arrangements, do it NOW!  You may call the hotel directly at
1-843-723-4000 or use the toll-free service at 1-800-HAMPTON.  Remember
to ask for the special NCURA rate.
