For those sick of hearing about Acrobat (and/or from me) by now, this is
the last "group" question I will answer via the list. The On-Line
Tutorial which comes with the Adobe Acrobat Suite has all of the answers I
have given, and many more which I haven't even explored yet. For those of
you who had specific problems, I will answer you individually (if I can)
but please give me a couple of days to get to everyone. On to the last
question:

Lucia -

Open the document in Exchange and go to the Form Field Tool. After
completing the information on the "Text Options" and "Appearance" tabs,
click on the "Actions" tab. Click a function, then click "Add." A
drop-down list will appear from which you can choose several actions,
inclduing "open file." Follow the menu to select the application/file.
Then, click "OK". There is a caveat when using this option - read the
Acrobat documentation carefully because insertion of some types of files
can cause your computer to crash.
