Subject:    Family Privacy Protection Act of 1995

This is probably a naive question, but can anyone tell me what happened
with the Family Privacy Protection Act of 1995?  Our Education faculty are
asking me if this or any other new laws have changed the groundrules for
conducting research in educational settings.
