opportunity for an Administrator to lead the activities of our Office of
Grant Support.
In this role, you will contribute to increasing our overall success rate in
obtaining grants. Key responsibilities will include identifying new
federal and non-federal funding opportunities: accessing and maintaining
current information on research aims, award rates, eligibility
requirements, etc; advising investigators on topics related to grant
acquisition; coordinating the preparation of interdepartmental
applications, site visits and awards committee applications; overseeing the
acquisition and use of web-based and other computer systems; and developing
written faculty handbook on grants.
The ideal candidate will have graduate training in a relevant field,
significant research grant experience, strong leadership skills, knowledge
of information technology, and superior communication and interpersonal
skills.
