I am hoping someone out in that large expanse of Research Admin can solve a
small but infuriating question:
In 34 CFR 75.511 "Waiver of requirement for a full time project director" -
there is a cross reference to 34 CFR 74.103(c) "Changes in key personnel in
a research project", but I can't find this section anywhere in the
regulations. I have checked the most current CFR on the Web that I am
familiar with to no avail. I know that the clause exists in OBM-A110, but I
specifically need this cross-reference clause. Can anyone help??
