Thanks to all those that responded to my inquiry regarding charges for lab
space. Several
of you indicated you were interested in the results, so here they are.

I received approximately 10 responses which indicated a wide range of fees.
The lowest fee
was $2.50/sq. ft. with responsibility for removal of hazardous waste, etc
being in renter's hands.
The highest charge was $50/sq.ft. The average was $24.
