I am looking for info on how various institutions currently handle
rebudgeting and/or carryover requests.

We are in the process of rewriting our policy and hope to be no more
restrictive than need be.  If there are online procedures we can access,
please respond as to same.

If anyone wishes to fax a copy, since you are not online with the policy,
that also will be greatfully accepted.
