You could do it one of three ways...

 1.  type the announcement in a word processing format (word perfect,
 word, etc.) and then "attach" it to the email just like you sent this
 one and call attention to the attachment; or

 2.  you could set up the email to be sent just like this one and
 "copy" the word or word perfect information into your email document
 if you have Windows capability to minimize, etc. , or

 3.  type the whole position announcement in your email.

 Then send it just like you did this one.

 I dont' think there's anything else you would need to do.
