We pick up th cost of lab space in our IDC and pay a different part of
our System for space.  We are charged a fair market value on our space.
It ranges from $14 to $20 per sqft for the year.  Our tax  counsel has
told us that  the rates must be fair market if different corporate
entities are involved even though they are part of the same system.

If anyone else has been given a different intrepretation, we would
certainly like to hear it.  These rates are killing our budgets.
