Indirect costs from Forest Service (USDA) Samuela Evans 10 Dec 1997 14:32 EST

The USDA Forest Service has told us that they pay no overhead on cooperative
agreements just as the rest of USDA doesn't.  That is in the Forest Service
Handbook Guidelines.  We have not recent grants from them.
