College of Charleston uses its full indirect less the 8% as match unless the
sponsor restricts us to the 8% on the match side, too. We have run into
this limitation on some US Dept of Education grants (including those for
international studies and international business program development). In
those cases, we were still receiving application forms, including budget
sheets, in hardcopy and USDEd actually typed the 8% TDC on the IDC line in
the match column.
