Do any of the institutions that participate in this list have audit
programs which evaluate a project's compliance with the assertions made
in grant/contract proposals.  For example, might your institution
randomly select proposals and audit the research program to determine if
the facilities descriptions, research goals, educational objectives
described in the proposal are in fact accurately described or actually
being pursued in the grant funded project?

I would be very interested in hearing from any institutions which have
instituted such audit programs.
