When did SCT roll out the "sponsored programs" modules for Banner?
It sounds like they are doing pre- through post-, but what about
proposal development and electronic submission?

Any information which you could pass along would be great!  I am
particularly interested in the above questions, date of availability,
and maybe a contact person.
