IUP is considering the purchase of SCT's Banner2000 legacy system. If anyone
has any information -- pro or con -- we'd like to hear your comments.  As you
would expect, our particular interest is in the proposal tracking, grant budget
accounting, and compliance modules.  Do the modules work as well as SCT tells
us they do in the demonstrations?  Are there any enhancements that we should
negotiate, if SCT wins the bid?
