FYI:  I just sent the following plea to NIH.  I agree some lobbying effort
may have an impact.  We as customers need to voice what services we find
most valuable.

Re your plan to do away with email of the NIH Guide.  Do you have any plans
to set up a subscription service that does more than just mail the Table of
Contents?  FEDIX, NSF-CNS and the U.S. Department of Education all have
comprehensive subscription services.  I'm a Grants Officer in a
one-and-a-half person office at a mid-sized teaching institution.  The time
I can devote to net surfing for more details on NIH programs is very
limited.  It would really be helpful if NIH planned to develop a
subscription service similar to that of its sister agencies.
