I think your suggestion regarding cost savings in the postal
service should be forwarded to the appropriate agency for follow
up!  I guess the postal service executives have really missed this
opportunity for cost savings (at-your convenience self pick-up at
the local Post Office in lieu of home delivery)!  Perhaps the NIH
should share with USPS the NIH strategy for distribution of the
Guide as you suggest... ;)
