Jim,

I would think that if you made it a requirement for the non-profit firms
to send a copy of their last A-133 audit when they executed the
contract.  Then you could review that audit and enclose it in the
project file.  Assuming the non-profit sub-contractor had an independent
A-133 audit with no significant disclosures, you would have satisfied
the verification without leaving the office.

Bean-counters, aren't they great.
