Hi Wendy

I talked to Dan Hofherr at FastLane this morning and it seems that we need
to work in the weekend to get these IGERT proposals on-line.  The server
is extremely busy at this point and it could take up to 15 minutes to get
a response from FastLane server.  Any advice from FastLane will be greatly
appreciated.
