Let me compound the issue raised by expanding the issue to
 faculty-owned/controlled
companies that wish to use university facilities and personnel but who are
 working with
private capital.   Is is possible/proper  to arrange leasing arrangements in
 which faculty
member as private party pays university for leased space and equipment that
 he/she
might normally use for research purposes and still avoid conflicts-of-interest?
