We conducted a survey very much like the one you are describing.
We sent out 350 surveys and had 42 responses.  Basically, 41 of
the responses said we were near perfect, 1 said we were totally
useless.

We can only assume the 41 responses came from our normal researchers.
It is our practice to do WHATEVER we can to help, so those responses
were anticipated.  We were hoping for input from the non research
faculty----alas, no luck.
