Does anyone have experience with the negotiation of a CRDA and/or access
to applicable regulations?  We have been presented with
the boilerplate.  When projects are approved, does the government take
into consideraton that it is working with a non-profit institution
and remove such provisions as the sharing of royalties and
indemnification?
