One of our PI's has made a request for an experienced person to review
a proposal (scientific) to SeaGrant for clarity, grammar, flow, etc.  The
requestor is an experienced, funded (NIH, Dept. of Commerce, etc.)
researcher who feels that her writing style is not as good as she'd like it
to be.  Basically, she is worried that her writing contains too much jargon
and wants to make the proposal "perfect." The reviewer need not have
scientific expertise, but should have strong writing skills.  The PI is willing
to pay a fee for the service.
