University of Maryland at Baltimore is currently drafting a policy
addressing the charging of computer costs to grants and contracts.  I am
interested in hearing from the resadm-l, on how other institutions are
"charging" or at least budgeting, computer infrastructure charges?  Do
other institutions add dollars to budgets if new network or wiring
capacity is needed?  Are technical people chargeable as part-time to the
grant?
