We have to revise our proposal routing form to accomodate changes we have
made to our database. Unfortunately, we've been given a tight deadline in
which to make the revisions. We would very much like to see what other
universities have developed, so we don't "reinvent the wheel." If your form
is accessible through your web site, would you please e-mail the address to
me directly? If someone out there has a form they are proud of and it's not
on the web, please feel free to fax a copy to me.
