One of our departments is planning to hire an independent scientist
with certain expertise to develop an improvement on a technology
which is the property of our university. This work will be done under
funding from an industrial sponsor but the money and direction will
be funneled through the university.

I have been asked to prepare the agreement which will require that
all intellectual property resulting from this work be the property of
the university. Has anyone developed such a document which could be
shared with me?
