Collegue's

Those of you who oversee research buildings, what does you institution charge
per square ft. of research laboratory space, office space in your research
building. Are their different rates for those who are extramurally funded and
those who are experiencing a funding hiatus.  What portion of this expense does
the home department of the pay.  Any info would be much appreciated
