I'd like to get opinions from research administrators who have used
both SPIN and IRIS as an electronic search tool.  I've used both at
one time or another and have noted advantages and disadvantages of
each.  However, before we commit to one for our web page, I'd
appreciate getting views of others.

If you would please answer the following:

1. Have you used both SPIN and IRIS?

2. Do your prefer one over the other?

3. a. If no, why do you think they are equivalent?
 b. If yes, which one did you prefer?

4. Why did  you prefer one or the other?

If you'd like to express your opinions on this listserve, fine.  If

then I will compile the results from the emails and from the
listserve, and post them back on this listserve when I think I've
gotten the maximum number of responses.
