Thank you for posting your thoughts.  I had the same reaction and am chagrined
that I did not take the initiative to say so.  These lists provide an
invaluable opportunity for senior professionals to offer guidance and
mentoring.  There is no such thing as a stupid question.  IMHO RESADM-L is one
of the highest caliber lists on the net. Let's not drop the ball.
