Re: Tax Reform Act of 1986

Len Paplauskas' comments on the provisions of the Tax Reform Act
 concerning commercial use of buildings financed by tax-free bonds are
 right on the mark and, given the arcane subject matter, very clear.
Implementing the 10% rule, however, can get quite comlicated, but
that is a topic of another discussion.
My response to the original message was an inquiry as to whether
there were any RECENT/NEW IRS rulings on this matter. So far, I have
not received any information to the affimative.
