 Hello Everyone,

 This question may have been asked before but here goes.

 The situation is we have a long term employee that is now terminating.
 The employee has a large percentage of his time on grants.  Payoff for
 accrued vacation can and may over expense the salary and benefits
 lines.

 We would like to know how other institutions/schools handle accrued
 vacation payoff.  Also, if you have another alternative or suggestion
 on how best to handle without the full amounts hitting the grant(s)
 all at one time.
