place to live! In fact my son may go to school up there at University

Director of Administrative Services
World class behavioral research institute in the Pacific Northwest is
seeking an experienced administrator who is committed to team management,
group decision making, and top quality services that support our
scientific
effort. Reporting to a 12-member Board of Directors, the Administrative
Coordinator is responsible for oversight of HR, Finance, and Operations,
supervision of an administrative staff of 29 (8 directly), and for
providing
leadership toward establishing and achieving common organizational goals.
Strong managerial skills and experience in a broad range of
administrative
issues required. Eight years of progressively responsible administrative
experience, with at least 4 in senior managment/leadership and a MA/MS in
business or public administration or related field or equivalent
education
and work experience are necessary for this top management position.
Excellent skills in facilitation, communication, consensus building,
problem
solving and supervision are essential for effective leadership in this
fast
paced, participatory, research environment.
