Can anyone help with info on the level of institutional committment
expected on these grants? I have been told by the faculty member who
plans to submit an application for next week's deadline that unless the
institution contributes 50% of the cost of the equipment, the application
doesn't have a prayer.

Our previous successful applications didn't have anywhere near this
level of institutional support, but times can change.

I would appreciate your input.
