Please be sure you fax or mail the Holiday Inn By the Bay Reservation form
to the hotel if you  plan on attending the SRA Northeast Section meeting in
Portland, Maine, June 1-4, 1997.   If you only call the hotel, you  are not
likely to given a reservation in the special room block and room rate that
has been reserved for the SRA meeting attendees.   While there is still
plenty of room available at this time, attendees are encouraged to return
these forms early, since this a busy time of year in Portland.

Program booklets, travel award applications,  and reservation forms have
been mailed to all Northeast Section SRA members.  If you have any questions

Non-SRA members who wish to attend should contact Enid Stanley (
xxxxxx@QM.YALE.EDU ) to receive a program booklet, travel award, and
registration forms.
