I have a question that I hope someone on the listserve can help me with,
regarding termination clauses in industry sponsored research contracts:
I have a company that requires the following :
This agreement may be  terminated by either party for "convenience" (quotes
added) upon 90 days written notice.
Is the word "convenience" commonly used in termination clauses?
