The consensus was that this was a vital professional (exempt) position with a salary range from between $18,000-$47,000. Salaries in the midwest and south were from the mid-20's-mid-30's, and they approached an upper limit of $45-47,000 in the Northeast and California. The consensus required at least a bachelor's degree. The majority did not prescribe specific majors. Basic skills required were strong interpersonal skills, patience, sense of humor, strong PC and software skills, and a strong work ethic. Implicit in the responses was the requirement for a person accustomed to detailing with large amounts of detail. Specific responses to each of the 10 questions are given below.
