Rodman and Associates has produced a rosetta stone Grants Keyword Index
to which many of the Federal agencies subscribe.  I cannot remember
where exactly I found it, but downloaded it and (after a little tweaking
here and there) have it in my website at:

You might find this helpful as you "interview" your client faculty.
