Colleagues:

Our institution's treasurer has asked me if I knew of an individual whom we
may consult  regarding our IDC rate assessment.  Specifically, we are
contemplating doing the longer form and would like to consult with an
accounting form or an individual who could provide us insight as to the
benefits.
