That's interesting!  A standing committee for misconduct issues.

We have a standing policy, of course, but only ad hoc committees which
are called The Inquiry Panel and The Investigation Panel, per the
guidance from D.C.  So far we have not had two going at once, so the
troublesome epithet is as bland as can be.
