In the July/August 1996 issue of "Foundation News & Commentary", an article
mentions a joint endeavor for south africa called the "Joint Education Trust", c
created in 1991 "as a multi-year effort with committments of over $125 million
to 'kickstart' South Africa's ailing educational system"

does anyone have ANY leads on any of this? or addresses for
a foundation list that i can post to? thanks.
