internationally acclaimed, non-profit, non-sectarian, academic, 725-bed chronic
 care hospital, which
is the home of the Harvard Medical School Fellowship Program in Geriatrics.  The
 Institute is primarily
funded through grants and contracts from DHHS, foundations, and benefactors.
 The 2 co-research
directors have endowed chairs.  Its program is growing significantly.
