Are there any list members who work at the department level whose
responsibilities are primarily (or exclusively)  pre-award and/or research
information services?  Or does anyone know of any positions like this at
their institutions?

scope of responsibility of such positions, as well as other particulars
 (i.e., organizational info--research center or institute, department or
