It's a new service from InfoEd which stands for SPIN (Sponsored
Programs Information Network) Matching and Researcher Transmittal
System.  Basically investigators establish a personal profile on the web
which is then matched against the SPIN database daily.  Any "hits" are
then e-mailed directly to the investigator.
