One of our Health Resources and Services Admin. grants refers to a
matching requirement "in accordance with Section 820(a) (3), P.L.
102-408 dated October 13, 1992".

Could someone please fax me a copy of this law or point me to the correct
web site for obtaining a copy of this law?
